Ans-The IEC University is a state University established through the act of Himachal Pradesh state legislature (IEC UNIVERSITY Establishment Character Certificate and Regulation Act, 2012), and thus is a bonafied University with the right to confer degrees as defined by sec 2(f) and 22(1) of the UGC Act. Universities in India follow the norms and guidelines of AICTE/UGC/State government

Ans-The timing of university is from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. The University works six days a week, but there is no working on odd Saturdays.
